With our Active Valve Control, you can get complete control of the exhaust valves in your Mercedes W117 / X117 / C117 CLA45 AMG.


Functions



The module can be installed fast and easy via Plug&Play and the original state of your car stays retained.

Exhaust valves control via original control elements

Following functions are available with the Performance Exhaust Button:
  • You can still use the button for your exhaust valve, but this is an add-on:
    When you activate the button, the valve is permanently and fully open, not only when the engine load and revs are high.

  • When the button isn’t activated the valve is completely closed, even during cold start phase. So you can drive in the morning without bothering your housemates.

Innovative features 
  • Active Exhaust Valve Control 
    Originally you are not able to control the valves behaviour. Due to that there is Sound missing in the lower RPM area. With the help of the module you gain the maximum Sound experience from your exhaust.
  • Protection of engine (security function) 
    Fully loaded car drives with closed exhaust valves can damage your engine. That’s why our module opens the valve from revs of about 4000 RPM in order to protect the engine.
