Does the headlight have to be opened for installation?
No! In contrast to cheap universal solutions, the headlight lenses do not have to be cut open or glued. The LED boards are located on module carriers that are screwed to the headlight housing from the outside. You only replace the electronic component.
Does the error message in the Check-Control remain absent?
Yes. Our boards are designed to have the same electrical resistance as the original parts. The control unit detects no difference, which is why no error messages appear and no programming (coding) via E-Sys or BimmerCode is necessary.
Is the yellow light darker at night than the white light?
No, visibility remains fully intact. The intensity of the LEDs is designed to highlight the characteristic "Angel Eyes" or light signatures clearly even in direct sunlight and at night, without negatively affecting the road illumination of the main headlights.
